Payment terms

A booking and security deposit of £150 (€225) must be paid within 7 days of reserving accommodation. This will be returned to you after your check out inspection and confirmation that the property is in perfect condition.

The full rental amount is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival at Marina de la Torre.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time prior to confirming a reservation.
If you cancel your reservation the following terms will apply:

45 days prior to arrival 30% of rental forfeited
30 days prior to arrival 50% of rental forfeited
15 days prior to arrival 80% of rental forfeited
